This Belly Fat blaster smoothie is one of my absolute smoothies, not only keeps me full, it helps lose weight and keeps my belly flat!!

 1 frozen banana
 1 cup frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and even açai berries)
 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
 1 tbsp vanilla or almond extract

Add all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
