What a night! You had a great time, but drank too much and the hangover you are experiencing right now is unbearable!!

Even reading this is making you nauseous, but bear with me, you'll feel like a rock star after you drink this Hangover Recovery Smoothie, that in my experience I have found to be helpful, not only after you emptied the bar the night before but even when you are recovering from food poisoning.

Bananas bring the potassium you need to recover, ginger will help you with nausea and coconut water has the electrolytes to get you hydrated!

Add ice if you rare using a fresh banana
 1 tsp ginger powder
 1 cup Coconut water
