Because I know many people struggle with gut problems, I am not ashamed to admit it has been a fight of my own ever since I was a teenager. 

I'm not the best gal when it comes to taking pills, but I been doing so much better, regarding my gut issue thanks to this smoothie, that in my opinion is the best healthy gut smoothie I've tried, and believe I tried way too many!

What makes this one so good is the greens including avocado and the ginger; parsley and kale are packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals; parsley released water retention and kale help you lose weight, contain sulforaphane, that is believed to fight cancer, lower your cholesterol and prevent heart disease.

Ginger may look so insignificant, but don't be fool by its looks, ginger helps your digestion, is anti-inflammatory, settle an upset stomach, reduces the risk of cancer, prevent heart disease, soothes the intestinal tract.

Avocados, known as the green-gold in South America is a good source of healthy fats, rich in fiber, has anti-inflammatory properties, and aids with digestion.

 1 handful of baby spinach
 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
 ¼ cup Parsley
 ½ Water
 2 tbsp Avocado
 ¼ tsp Probiotic Protein Powder
 ½ cup Coconut Water
 1 Grated Ginger
 ½ Large Frozen Banana
 ¼ cup Parsley Leaves
 ¼ cup Kale
