One of the easiest and gratifying smoothies I love to make is this fat burning smoothie, that has helped me boost my metabolism.

While the main goal of this smoothie is to burn that stubborn fat and trigger your metabolism, this one is pack with antioxidants, vitamins, and nutrients!!

The cayenne pepper is optional in this recipe, but I assure you it won't give it a weird taste and the benefits are insane!

Cayenne pepper boost your metabolism, help with congestion, reduces pain, and improve circulation.

Recipe ingredients

 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
 2 tbsp Mint Leaves
 ½ Large Grapefruit
 ¼ Avocado
 1 cup spinach
 ½ cup cooled green tea
 1 Dash ground cayenne pepper
 1 stalk celery

Recipe directions

Place spinach, mint, celery, and green tea into a blender.

Blend all of the ingredients until smooth

Add remaining ingredients.

Resume blending, serve, and enjoy!
