Layered Fruit Smoothie

This delicious Layered fruit Smoothie is one you have to eat with a spoon! It's thick, rich, and insanely delicious. 

Each layer has a different taste, all three super tasty all three together makes this spoonable smoothie a treat you'll love having every day!

While we make this with bananas and berries, you can make it more tropical using frozen fruits like mango, papaya, pineapple, and kiwis!

The taste for sure is going to be amazing and the colors will make a super cute layered smoothie!

Recipe ingredients

Bottom Layer
 ¼ cup Almond butter
 ½ cup Almond milk
 2 Medjool dates
 Ice
 ½ frozen Banana
 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Middle Layer
 1 cup Almond Milk
 1 ½ Frozen bananas
 2 Medjool dates
 1 tsp vanilla extract or almond extract
 Ice
Top Layer
 1 cup frozen raspberries
 1 cup frozen strawberries
 1 cup Almond Milk
 Chocolate chips and strawberries in little chunks for garnish

Recipe directions

Bottom Layer:

Combine the almond milk, almond butter, banana, cocoa powder, and dates in a blender. Blend until smooth and the dates are fully pureed. Add the ice and pulse. Pour into 3 glasses (or 4 smaller glasses) and freeze for 30 Minutes.

Middle Layer

Combine the almond milk, bananas, dates, and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice and pulse. Layer this onto the smoothies and freeze for another 30 Minutes.

Top Layer

Combine the strawberries, raspberries, and almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth. This layer will be very thick. Remove the glasses from the freezer and spoon the last layer onto the smoothies. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and strawberries.
