There is something about mimosas that get me in a good mood! they are refreshing, delicious and this one especially is extra fruity!

The fact that we are making a mimosa smoothie is extra appealing, I assure you you will be making one every day for the rest of your life, and you can always replace the champagne with club soda to make it alcohol-free.

 1 ½ cups Greek Yogurt
 1 ½ Coconut Milk
