I wish I knew about this perfect skin smoothie years ago, especially those teenage years when I struggle with acne! But better late than never, adult acne sucks as well! I found that this smoothie noticeably improves my oily skin, keeping the oil-producing substance perfectly balance, my skin looks brighter, renewed, and ready to fight against the damage caused by free radicals!

 ½ cup Frozen Broccoli
 1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil
 1 Cucumber
