I found that this smoothie noticeably improves my oily skin, keeping the oil-producing substance perfectly balance, my skin looks brighter, renewed, and ready to fight against the damage caused by free radicals!

 ½ cup Frozen Broccoli
 1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil
 1 Cucumber
