Love, love this delicious recovery citrus meal replacement smoothie. I take it to work, or have it when I feel that my body needs that energy boost to start up my day!

Our smoothie features, bananas, mango, oranges, and the secret ingredient turmeric!!! I made it with frozen fruits, but you can add ice if you are using fresh fruits or to add consistency.

 ½ tsp Tumeric
 1 cup Frozen mango
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 1 small frozen navel orange
 ½ Frozen banana
 1 cup almond milk
 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
