Almond extract, almond milk, and raw almonds!! I told you this was a rich-almond breakfast smoothie recipe, and you'll love having it every morning!!

But why almonds? Well, almonds are packed with antioxidants, loaded with nutrients, low in carbs, may help with blood sugar control,  can lower your cholesterol, high on Vitamin E, effective for weight loss, since they are AWESOME reducing your hunger!!

Recipe ingredients

 ¼ cup Raw Almonds
 ¼ cup Rolled Oats
 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
 1 ¼ cups unsweetened Almond Milk
 ½ tsp Almond Extract

Recipe directions

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired.
