 1 cup Almond Milk
 1 tsp Honey
 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
 1 tsp Vanilla
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 1 tsp Ground Chia Seeds
 1 tsp Ground Flax Seeds
