Our strawberry kiwi smoothie is refreshing and delicious, and nutritious I must add. Kiwis reduce DNA damage, a great source of vitamin C, improve digestion, prevent blood clots, helps with asthma, aids your eyesight, and fight inflammation. 

Strawberries are powerful antioxidants, they prevent heart disease, might help reduce the risk of cancer, regulate your blood pressure, help you with constipation.

But there is more than meets the eye in this tasty smoothie, we added bananas, yogurt, oineapples amd oranges!!

 6 frozen strawberries
 1 frozen banana
