 2 cups frozen tart cherries
 1 ripe banana
 ½ cup unsweetened nut, soy or animal milk
 1 tbsp Maple syrup
 1 cup baby spinach
 For topping: chopped walnuts, hemp seeds (optional)

Combine all the smoothie ingredients into a blender, and blend on high until very smooth. You might need to add more liquid, but try to keep it as thick as possible.
