This Belly Fat blaster smoothie is one of my absolute smoothies, not only keeps me full, it helps lose weight and keeps my belly flat!!

Berries contain antioxidants, chia seeds do wonder against inflammation as well as reduce stress hormones that can cause excess abdominal fat.

According to a medical study, people even skinny folks who struggle with stress are more likely to have abdominal fat, they found to have high levels of cortisol, aka the stress hormone.

Recipe ingredients

 1 frozen banana
 1 cup frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and even açai berries)
 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
 1 tbsp vanilla or almond extract
