Satiate your mid day cravings with this awesome smoothie recipe or be delighted during that five minute break at work!
1 cup roasted sweet potato (either chunks or puree is fine)
Dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 ripe banana
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened milk (animal, nut, soy, whatever!)
Handful of ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in the basin of a blender—sweeten to taste depending on the ripeness of your banana. Blend on high until very smooth and creamy. Pour and enjoy!
