 1 Frozen Banana
 1 tsp nutmeg
 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
 1 cup Almond Milk
 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 2 tbsp Coconut Butter
