This is by far one of the best Tired Muscles Recovery Smoothie I've had thus far! I had what I thought to be a brilliant idea to try a 1.000 calorie HIIT workout challenge three times a week. Later I found out that this type of workouts is meant to be done once a week, my poor muscles were pretty much fried after the second workout, but this baby right here was indeed a lifesaver!
Recipe ingredients
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 cup Baby Spinach
1 cup Almond Butter
1 tsp Maca Powder
3 Frozen bananas
