I found that Cherries have done wonders to my health, Kiwis believe it or not have more vitamin C than oranges, I know crazy even the smallest of all kiwis have more Vitamin C than a big orange.

Kiwis are also packed with potassium and copper, as for cherries, I can tell you they speed up sore muscles recovery, help you sleep better, have antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds and they may improve symptoms of gout and arthritis.
